Continuity of the U.S. Supreme Court

The CIP Program sponsored research by GMU Law School professor Ross E. Davies on the continuity of the Supreme Court. The research resulted in a panel discussion, hosted by the CIP Program in cooperation with the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Law and National Security, and a law review article:
