Joseph Maltby Joseph Maltby, Research Associate

Joseph M. Maltby is a Research Associate at the Center for Infrastructure Protection.  He has worked on numerous projects and subject areas, including energy, regulatory, and emergency preparedness research for a Department of Energy grant, legal analysis for a Department of Homeland Security, and emergency planning research for the National Academies’ Transportation Research Board.  Mr. Maltby holds a Law degree from George Mason University and a History degree from the University of Northern Colorado.  He is a member of the Virginia Bar.
